Span The Wan, started in December of 2004, continues to grow rapidly in the Northern California markets with a growing national market.
Servicing the 48 contiguous United States, with XO Communications as a partner, have given Span The Wan the ability to deploy services in all 48 states with rapid success.
With added customer network management and installation services, this has allowed Span The Wan to have a very integrated management of the entire infrastructure, delivering the very best in network monitoring and reliability.
Couple this with a strong customer relationship and knowledgeable staff, Span The Wan has been able to deliver cutting edge array of services. Services that include high speed T1, DS3, OC3 as well as Metro Ethernet and Gigabit have covered most major applications.
Additionally, wireless backhaul and customer wireless services have benefited customers constrained by location or unique requirements. With the network core located at XO Communication's Roseville California location, in a earthquake hardened level 4 data center, reliability is of the utmost consideration.
Power is also backed up by a two part system: an Uninterruptible Power System and a generator with 5000 gallons of diesel. Fire suppression is also a consideration, with a two part system, consisting of an FM-200 suppression and a fire sprinkler system.
